In practice, that means:

• Estimates, invoices and payment records are kept as business records.
• Photographs of your project, photographs of checks and receipts, and voicemail recordings and their transcripts are kept only as long as the record they belong to. When a record is removed from our system it is held for thirty days, during which it can be restored, and is then permanently deleted together with those files.
• The links we send you to view an estimate or an invoice stop working after ninety days, and are removed from our system thirty days after that.
• Nothing else is kept beyond the record it is part of.

You may:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information, subject to any legal or contractual record-keeping requirements
• Opt out of text messages at any time (reply STOP) or request removal from our contact list generally
